Affirmations vs Loving Kindness: Which Works Better? Which Feels Better?

In the manifestation field, affirmations such as “I am capable” and “I am joy” are used to feel certain ways and to impel us to act to bring these things about. Similarly, in the mindfulness and Buddhism fields, metta, or loving kindness practice, is used to feel more happiness, safety, and ease and to impel us to act to bring these things about.
