I had a vague insight that seems to be dukkha (unsatisfactoriness), tinted with aversion (not liking), something like: “Is this all that is here when I have the “perfect emotionless, calm, boring, grounding practice”, no meaning, no purpose, just random interoception1?”
1 interoception is feeling the sensations internal to the body

Similarly to the impossibility of squaring the circle, the state of perfection is impossible.
The state of perfectionism is the epitome of unsatisfactoriness.
