A Correct Way to Practice for Black and Brown Women (and all): Watch the Breath and Don’t Bite the Hook

When a hook (irritation; annoyance; aversion (anger, fear, not liking)) arises, we typically have an urge to get rid of it by reacting to whatever we feel caused the hook.
